About Heather

Heather played professional soccer at the highest levels of the game, winning the FIFA Women's World Cup, the Olympics (3x!) NCAA titles, NWSL and various other trophies in the United States and England.

After retiring from professional play in 2019, it was clear to her that she wanted to teach young people and share her love of the game in different media mediums. (Television, radio)

She has acquired her USSF B and UEFA B coaching badges and has had experience working with boys and girls ages 6-22. Additionally, she graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Education in 2009.

Her attitude towards working with young players is the same she approached her playing career with; she strives to bring a tremendous work ethic, a positive attitude, and a relentless drive to succeed. Winning comes as a result, and she has discovered that "winning" comes in many forms!
